If you are not satisfied with your new sunglasses, you can always return your sunglasses within 14 days.
Once your glasses have arrived at our office, we will refund the total product value. The refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.
For returning the sunglasses we ask you to ship them to the following address:

Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by GOBI.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
